Already a strong month for sales, September finished with an exclamation point. Over the last two weeks, a contract was written on a model in the Golf Estates, another contract was written on a model in the Grand Estates, and two reservations were taken for home sites in the Grand Estates.
The contract in the Golf Estates was for Courchene Development Corporation?s magnificent Royal Poinciana model, which features a fountain in the entry courtyard that sets a tone of serenity. Inside the 3,951-square-foot residence, there are four bedrooms, five full and one half baths, and a spacious Great Room that opens onto a covered loggia that?s ideal for entertaining. Other desirable features include high ceilings, beautiful woodwork and a light-infused interior.
The other sales contract was on the Castillo II, a magnificent model that Hasey Construction built in the Grand Estates neighborhood. The single-story, 5,665-square-foot Castillo II features a traditional, split floor plan with four bedrooms, five full baths, two half baths, a den and a media room. The floor plan encourages entertaining, especially in the heart of the home where the kitchen opens onto the family room.
Old Palm Golf Club?s sales team also took reservations on two half-acre home sites on Calleta Court in the Grand Estates. Both home sites overlook lushly landscaped private water features.
Sales at Old Palm have been remarkably brisk throughout the summer, and with the season approaching, it?s expected that sales will only increase.
